What data we collect
When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address. If you choose to save designs, we store the design parameters and computed results you explicitly save — nothing is collected passively or in the background.
We do not collect analytics, track page views, or use cookies beyond what is required for authentication.
How it is stored
All data is stored in Supabase, a managed PostgreSQL database service. Access is controlled by row-level security (RLS) policies: each user can only read and write their own records. No other user or administrator can access your saved designs through the application.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. Your email address and saved designs are used solely to provide the save/load functionality within this calculator.
Google sign-in
You may optionally sign in with Google OAuth. When you do, Google authenticates your identity and shares your email address with this application. We do not receive your Google password or any other Google account data. For details on how Google handles your information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Deleting your data
You can delete individual saved designs at any time from within the application. To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at dbalogh@udel.edu and we will remove it promptly.
